How do I print My CE Certificate?
Log in with your User ID and password and go to "MyCE." Near the top of the page, go the section titled "Certificates." You can re-print any certificates from courses you have completed previously at www.evolvemeded.com.
What should I do if I forget my username and/or password?
At the top of the web page on the right side, you can select the "Login" drop-down (mobile users should click the "X" in the top right and then "Login").
Next, visit the "Forgot your password?" link and provide the email address used to create your account. You will then receive an email containing a link that will allow you to change your password.
How can I find out about upcoming live events?
Open the "Course Type" drop down menu and select "In-Person" for a list of live events provided by Evolve Medical Education (Evolve), including location and registration information.
What should I do if I complete the course and exam and do not receive the CE certificate?
If you have completed the post-test and clicked the "Submit" button, you should automatically receive your certificate at that time.
If not, please click on the "Contact" tab and link to email "Support." Please include the name of the course you have completed and Evolve staff member will contact you and provide your CE Certificate.
Is the CE certificate I receive via this website sufficient for reporting to local agencies?
Yes. The CE certificate you receive from Evolve serves as proof you completed a course when reporting to local agencies.
If I exit a course before completing it, can I return and finish the course at another time?
Yes. When you log into the Evolve website and go to "MyCE," you will see a list of courses you have taken. The list will reflect which courses are complete and/or incomplete, and if you have received a certificate.
Can I access a CE certificate through this website after I have attended a live activity provided by Evolve?
If you have attended a live activity provided by Evolve, you will receive via email from Evolve a link to complete an evaluation. Once you have completed the evaluation and clicked "Submit," your certificate will automatically appear.
If you haven’t received an email from Evolve to complete an evaluation, please click on the "Contact" tab and link to email "Support." Please include the name of the course you have completed and Evolve staff member will contact you and provide your CE Certificate.
